  With the handling of the body they were great with fast service. With the office side of things getting done in a timely manner not the service level I was expecting. I was very disappointed in the updating and length of time it took get information.

  In searching for and researching for funeral pre-arrangements, I talked with individuals at several Desoto County funeral homes. I was most impressed and most comfortable talking with Regina and Yvonne at Twin Oaks Funeral Home. They were the friendliest and most willing to stay on the phone line as long as I needed to ask questions and write down information.
  When I decided on Twin Oaks Funeral Home, I meet with Brenda Carter, owner, and she wrote up my pre-arrangement policy. She was very friendly and professional, answered all my questions. But, most importantly, Brenda gave me VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION to pass on to my next of kin on procedures that HAD TO BE DONE after death. The process only took about 30 minutes or so!

  It has taken me a while to get on here and write a review as I just lost my sweet mama, Betty Galloway in April of this year. These were the most professional caring people and I am so happy we used them to celebrate my mama's life. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was as my brothers and I wanted it to be.
